I have a network of contractors I have worked with for many years. Each client decides whether to work with their contractor or the ones I suggest.
Every project is different in nature; there is no generic timeline. Once the project starts, we create a project-specific timeline.
This is very project specific. Most of the homes I have worked on outside the DC metro area have been second homes of clients I have previously worked with on their primary residence.
